Job description

Cornerstone Renovations is looking for highly motivated, competitive, and driven individuals to join our growing sales team. This is an in-home sales position where you will meet with homeowners, inspect exterior projects, build value, and close deals for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and exterior renovations.

Responsibilities

• Run qualified appointments with homeowners

• Perform exterior home inspections

• Educate homeowners on products, financing, and project options

• Build trust and deliver professional presentations

• Negotiate and close contracts

• Maintain accurate customer notes and paperwork

• Follow company sales process and training systems

• Communicate effectively with production and management teams

• Maintain strong customer experience throughout the sales process
