FORD TECHNICIANS – $32–$65+ PER HOUR – AIR CONDITIONED SHOP – UNLIMITED INCOME

Matt Bowers Ford is in full growth mode and actively hiring A, B, C Level Technicians and MASTER TECHS to step into a high-volume, high-efficiency shop where the work is there, the support is real, and the pay is at the TOP of the New Orleans market.

$32–$65+ PER HOUR (FLAG) + UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles quickly and correctly the first time

  • Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, powertrain, ADAS basics)

  • Execute inspections and full system evaluations

  • Handle maintenance: brakes, fluids, alignments, tune-ups

  • Own your jobs from write-up to final road test

  • Maintain high productivity with low comeback rates

  • Document all work accurately and professionally

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Minimum 4+ years dealership or high-level independent experience REQUIRED

  • Ford experience preferred — but producers from any brand are welcome

  • ASE certifications a plus (we help you get more)

  • Strong diagnostic ability with modern scan tools

  • Must have your own tools

  • Flat-rate mindset — you are here to produce and earn

  • Reliable, accountable, and team-driven
