The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury laws.   • Conduct comprehensive reviews of settlement documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and coordinate the settlement process, ensuring timely disbursement.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, negotiators, and team liaisons to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all settlement cases.
  • Ensure settlements comply with health insurance claims and related regulations.
  • Finalize settlement documents for client and provider disbursements.

Minimum Requirements:
