What You'll Tackle As Our Patient Care Associate - Treatment Coordinator:

  • Patient Advocacy: Clearly present and review proposed dental treatments, guiding patients through financial options and leveraging third-party partners to make cosmetic dentistry accessible.
  • Seamless Coordination: Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to streamline same-day treatment acceptance and multi-visit planning, ensuring a smooth patient journey.
  • Strategic Scheduling & Record Management: Oversee patient scheduling for all appointments, from routine cleanings to surgical procedures, and meticulously maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Financial Acumen: Handle all aspects of insurance verification, billing inquiries, payment processing, and end-of-day reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and transparency for our cosmetic dentistry services.
  • Digital Workflow Support: Dive into cutting-edge digital dentistry, including Smile Design, CBCT coordination, and 3D-printed case planning (training provided), enhancing our commitment to modern cosmetic dentistry.
  • Ongoing Patient Engagement: Serve as a primary contact for patients, providing essential follow-up care, education on oral hygiene, and pre/post-operative instructions, reinforcing trust and treatment clarity.
