Stretch Zone Weston is seeking individuals from the health and wellness industry - Personal Trainers, Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapy Assistants and Corrective Exercise Specialists - who want to be on the forefront of a movement that is sweeping the nation. We are a pioneer in practitioner assisted stretching and we are seeking individuals looking for empowerment and growth within our fast-growing company!

The Role :
  • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretches to our clients
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
  • Build Stretch Zone membership and retain current clientele
  • Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce Stretch Zone polices and safety rules
  • Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
  • Handle member concerns when applicable
  • Assist General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
  • Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Qualifications :
  • Love of boutique fitness environment is a must - passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
  • Positive energy, enthusiasm, & great attitude brought daily
  • Required background:
    • Certified Athletic Trainer
    • Physical Therapist or Assistant
    • Corrective Exercise Specialist
    • Strength and Conditioning Coach
    • Chiropractor
    • Personal Trainer (Certification obtained from nationally accredited organization)
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals
  • Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
  • Must be available to pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities.
