Job Title: Assembly Line Technician
Location: Kansas City, MO
Employment Type: Full-Time
At our fast-paced facility in Kansas City, MO, we take pride in delivering high-quality products through precision assembly and rigorous testing. As an Assembly Line Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality and production efficiency. You will work directly with our warehouse, lab, and operations teams to keep our processes running smoothly in a clean, organized, and collaborative environment.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
  • Assembly & Testing (40%): Perform general product assembly, repackaging, relabeling, and operational testing on the assembly line and in the lab. Conduct specialized product testing against ASME PASE and B30.1 standards as needed.
  • Data & Process Management (25%): Fill out, track, and manage all testing data to ensure accurate quality control logs. Proactively offer suggestions to optimize assembly processes and elevate product quality.
  • Workspace Maintenance (20%): Maintain assembly line equipment and keep the laboratory and work environment clean, safe, and organized.
  • Cross-Functional Support (15%): Provide hands-on assistance across warehouse, lab, and office operations whenever team needs arise.
