Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for helping others? Join our team as a Service Apprentice Advisor! In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, greeting them with a warm welcome, introducing them to our service offerings, and scheduling their first service appointment.


The Service Advisor Apprentice serves as the liaison between the customer and the Service department. You'll be responsible for selling, identifying, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for customers.ย 


When not greeting customers in person, you will be making outbound calls scheduling appointments, taking incoming calls which is vital in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that customers' needs are met. Lastly, you will drive customer loyalty by following up to make sure their experience is top-notch.ย 


We are looking for a reliable and personable individual to contribute to our customer service experience and help maintain long-lasting relationships with our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers upon the purchase of their new vehicle and introduce them to our services.
  • Schedule customers' first service appointment and ensure they feel comfortable with the process.
  • Make outbound calls for scheduling, recall appointments and multiple service scheduling needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support both in-person and over the phone.
  • Assist with other customer-related tasks as needed.
