  • Implement companysales and marketingdirectives and achieve sales plans
  • Develop andmaintainaccount base through strategic sales efforts including customer training and industry trade shows
  • Provideaccurateandtimelysales forecasts for all assigned segments
  • Create and execute account specific programs designed to achieve profitable sales volume
  • Optimizedistribution and account coverage
  • Work seamlessly with management team to deliver tactical sales results
  • Create and present sales, educational and trainingprogramand presentations
  • Account Management and Development - Acts as primary Central Life Sciences representative for assigned accounts; takes responsibility for ensuring that account information is complete and current
  • Information Management - Gathers or supervises the collection of all relevant industry information, with emphasis on key account information and reports regularly on competitive, regulatory,technicaland other developments that affect Central Life Sciences products and services
  • Program Execution - Ensures that program information is communicated to assigned customers inaccurateandtimelymanner.
  • Industry Involvement - Attends key industry functions, including conventions, seminars and meetingsand alsomaintainsactive involvement in industry associations, serving on association committees as appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven success in meeting or exceedingbudget quotas

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
  • BS degree required & MS degree preferred (entomology degree preferred; will consider other science related degrees, coupled with relevant work experience)
  • 5 - 10yearswork experience in the professional mosquito abatement field
  • Minimum 5 10 years field sales or marketing experience in aB to Benvironment
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Overnight travel 70% + frequent car and airline travel; hotel sleep accommodations.
  • Frequent contact with key productdistributorscustomers and branch locations.
  • Attendance at National and State trade meetings; presentationsfor product training and educations to distributor,dealerandend use municipalities
  • Home office conditions when not traveling in the field. Variation in work hours is necessary due to employee and customer schedules, special projects, deadlines, and other business activities
POSITION INFORMATIONThis position pays $90,000 - $110,000 annually (based on experience and location) and a business travel mileage reimbursement program.
