Job Summary
Assist residential and commercial sales managers with proposals, documentation, and selections related to lighting, shades, and other “environments” related systems.  
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide mainly computer support for Integrated AV systems. 
  • Support sales staff by preparing and revising quotes for AV, lighting automation, shades, lighting fixtures, and other “environments” related systems being proposed.
  • Support project documentation deliverables. 
  • Prepare accurate technical specifications, drawings, and other documentation related to “environments” systems proposed.
  • Support project managers as they work to ensure complete and timely project communication with builders, homeowners, and the company.
  • Ensure that all necessary parts, equipment, and supplies for lighting and shade installations are accurately ordered.
  • Assist with proper documentation of any in-process and close-out changes, additions, to systems and other “environments” projects.
  • Company will train all systems.
