THE JOB:
The Operations Learning Partner supports employee onboarding and training by creating onboarding plans, gathering employee feedback through focus groups and surveys, and providing property leaders with data-informed recommendations to continuously improve the employee experience. The role partners closely with property HR and operational leaders to support the rollout and utilization of company resources and to provide ongoing support for training initiatives. Additionally, the Operations Learning Partner follows up on the effectiveness of these resources to drive continuous improvement and maintain a high standard of service excellence across the organization.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Onboarding Support: Develop detailed onboarding plans for team members supporting key property departments and positions, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

  • Consultant to the Business: Utilize an employee listening strategy to gather feedback on the employee experience, identify best practices, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership for areas of opportunity.

  • Evaluate Survey Data: Maintain, promote, compile, and review survey data to assess the quality of the employee experience and the overall effectiveness of company resources.

  • Conduct Training Initiatives: Support learning initiatives that enhance operational knowledge and serve as a back-up facilitator for new hire orientation as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Has a bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or gaming is preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of onboarding and training best practices
  • Proficient in learning management systems and data analysis tools
  • Enjoys public speaking and facilitation
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
