Our global organization consists of various business divisions ranging from jewelry, apparel, collectible coins and so much more. We concept, create, design and market our creative products directly to our customers, and leverage licenses with the biggest names in entertainment and sports to bring unique and curated products to our customers across the globe.
We are seeking outstanding Marketing Interns to assist various business units within The Bradford Group with the execution of direct marketing advertising campaigns in this 10-week summer experience. (6/16-8/20) This position requires strong communication skills, experience with Microsoft Excel and emerging AI tools, and the ability to prioritize assignments and work in a fast-paced environment. Throughout your internship you will assist marketing managers in conducting quantitative analysis on specific customer segments, track revenue results and projections, advise product development teams on the wants/needs of customer segments, and organize direct mail advertising campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to gain marketing experience in a hands-on role at a world leader in the gifts and collectibles industry. Located just outside of Chicago in Niles, IL, this full time internship (40 hour/week) is a paid position.
How you will contribute:
  • Analyze data and provide key customer insights to drive decisions on new product and advertising campaigns.
  • Perform customer segmentation and provide recommendations to marketing team.
  • Analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage emerging AI tools and automation technologies to streamline workflows, enhance marketing operations, and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

What you will bring and skills that excite us:
  • Preference is given to Junior and Senior candidates.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Familiarity with emerging AI based technologies.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Experience with SPSS, Access or other databases a plus.
  • Experience with direct marketing is a plus.
  • Quantitative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
