Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Ensure all investigations, reports, logs, and other Security functions are done properly by their staff
  • Problem solving skills with diverse ways to diffuse difficult situations
  • Assists Security Manager with planning, organizing, and coordinating all security policies to make sure they are current and implemented on a regular basis
  • Identify security problems and assist with developing solutions in coordination with management
  • Ensure adherence of GDW/Elko Security Policy including Nevada law and Division of Gaming Regulations
  • Ensure security for all classified information held on company premises
  • Ensure the safety of all patrons and employees
  • Assists patrons as needed and provides customer service to internal and external guests

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must be fluent in English; verbal and written
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and AED certifications
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License for past 5 years, current in Nevada
  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
  • Registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board
