We're looking for safety-minded Class A CDL Drivers to haul premium, consistent, year-round entertainment freight. Say goodbye to chasing miles. We pay you for every single hour you are on duty, including loading, unloading, and wait times.

Compensation & Bonuses

  • REGIONAL Starting Pay: $27.50+ / hour (Paid for all working time, including loading, unloading, and wait/detention time)

  • Guaranteed Hours: 160 hours guaranteed per month for reliable financial stability
  • Pay Frequency: Direct deposit every Friday
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.00 (paid out quarterly)
  • Safety & Performance: Bi-annual performance and safety bonuses
  • Referral Bonus: $500.00 unlimited referral program (per referral who stays 90 days)

What You'll Do

  • Haul high-value, consistent, year-round freight for the entertainment industry.
  • Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to maintain fleet safety.
  • Maintain full ownership of the condition, safety, and operational readiness of your assigned tractor and trailers.
  • Utilize proper freight securement methods (including straps and load bars) to protect high-value cargo.
  • Provide professional communication with dispatch, shippers, and customers.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driverโ€™s License (CDL-A)
  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • Must be willing and ready to run OTR
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary for cargo securement/loading prep
