Job description

Who We Are
Why Lucky Strike?
We Are Lucky Strike Entertainment, one of the largest and most successful location-based entertainment companies in the World with 360 upscale and traditional Bowling Centers, five expansive and well located Waterparks, a large Amusement Park in California and 10 upscale Boomers Family Entertainment Centers in major markets.
From a humble beginning with one bowling center in 1997, we redefined an industry and built a powerhouse Company with 14,000 Associates and nearly $1.4 billion in annual revenue. Hospitality is our core and we strive to deliver memorable experiences for every guest on every visit.
When you join Lucky Strike, you join a team of passionate winners and give yourself the best opportunity for sustained career growth and opportunity. It's not easy to get hired by us - we want only the most talented and committed Managers, but when you do join Lucky Strike, the rewards are abundant.
Overview
As a Regional Vice President, you will have full operational and P&L responsibility for a large number of highly profitable entertainment venues across your region, tasked with driving revenue, maximizing cash flow, developing senior leaders, and delivering the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operational strategy and performance across all centers in your region, holding District Managers and their teams accountable to brand standards and results
  • Build the next generation of district and center leadership through direct development, succession planning, and a genuine commitment to promoting from within
  • Drive regional financial performance across sales growth, labor optimization, cost management, and multi-location P&L
  • Maintain a regular field presence, coaching leaders in the moment during peak periods and high-volume seasons
  • Lead major initiatives including remodels and companywide operational rollouts
  • Partner with the executive team and cross-functional leaders to shape company strategy and bring it to life in the field

We Are Looking for Candidates With:
  • Significant multi-unit operations leadership across a large geographic region, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or food and beverage
  • A track record of sustained sales growth, operational consistency, and strong P&L performance at regional scale
  • Advanced financial acumen including regional P&L oversight, strategic budgeting, forecasting, and profitability optimization
  • A genuine track record of developing senior leaders and building management pipelines, not just managing headcount
  • The ability to translate company strategy into sustained field-level execution.
  • The willingness and desire to travel extensively and work nights, weekends, and holidays as required to stay connected to your region

What You'll Get:
Our people are the reason guests keep coming back. Here is what we offer our Management team:
  • Industry leading Compensation
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans to select from based on your needs
  • Wellness resources as you may require
  • 401(k) Retirement Plans
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Vacation and Holidays
  • Perks! Bowling, Boomer's, and Waterpark discounts, Retail discounts, Event discounts, and more!
