$15 - $16 / hour

BASIC JOB FUNCTION:
This job offers a fast-paced environment and a flexible schedule all in an exciting atmosphere! the Cart Associate is responsible for the cart units, keep equipment clean and in working order.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manually move carts throughout departures, baggage claim, garage, and other locations to our cart collection areas.
  • Learn and practice safe work habits thus assuring safety to self, co-workers, company equipment, airport property, passengers and visitors.
  • General customer service to assist passengers navigating throughout the airport.
  • Possess strong innate work habits and perform the job in an honest, reliable, and a professional manner.
  • Effectively communicate with peers, maintenance and management to improve business operations.
  • Adaptable to operational change.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Six months successful work experience (unless currently a student).
  • Open scheduling availability required, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong customer service and mathematical comprehension, highly desired.
  • Displays confidence and competence in fast pace environment.
  • Comfortable speaking to the general public.
  • Ability to pass state, federal (FAA), Home Land Security clearance requirements and reference checks

PHYSICIAL REQURIEMENTS
  • Physical ability, manual dexterity needed to lift a minimum of 75-100lbs.
  • Ability to walk and stand for duration of work shift.
  • Able to withstand undesirable weather conditions (wind, rain, extreme temperatures up to 115 degrees)

  • Valid drivers license required
  • Airport badge required
