At Merkle, we're seeking a Technical Program Manager, Adobe Experience Cloud to lead enterprise Adobe transformation programs for some of the world's most recognizable brands. In this role, you'll serve as the connective tissue between clients, architects, engineers, product teams, and executive leadership, ensuring complex programs are delivered successfully and generate measurable business value.

What You'll Do

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll own the strategy, execution, and overall success of multi-workstream Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives.

Program Leadership
  • Lead large-scale Adobe Experience Cloud programs from discovery through delivery and adoption
  • Develop program roadmaps, governance models, delivery plans, and success metrics
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Drive alignment across business, marketing, product, data, engineering, and executive teams
Client Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions, steering committees, and executive reviews
  • Translate business objectives into actionable delivery and implementation plans
  • Clearly communicate progress, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
Technical Program Management
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across architecture, engineering, data, analytics, and customer experience teams

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with clients and executive stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and program governance

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $135,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
