IT Operations Support 3Southern Company Services is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Center (IOC) Analyst to provide 24x7 monitoring and first-level support for enterprise computing systems, mainframe environments, and production applications. The successful candidate will monitor critical infrastructure, perform incident diagnosis and resolution, support disaster recovery processes, and work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain system availability and operational excellence.This is a hybrid position.
