Overview

Enterprise Car Sales has an immediate opening for the position of License and Title Coordinator at the Enterprise Group headquarters in Orange, CA.The License and Title Coordinator will manage the majority of the day-to-day administrative duties for our retail sales while working closely with our 15 dealerships. This position will perform many basic functions including auditing files in preparation for DMV registration, assisting dealerships with customer inquiries, and sending out daily reporting. The role requires great customer service skills, a high sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. We work together to achieve common goals and aspire to achieve excellence in all that we do. **Apart from religious observances, this position requires that you be available to work full-time approximately 40 hours a week in-office between Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.**Hourly rate = $21.00-$26.00/hour

Responsibilities
  • Audit incoming DMV documents from dealerships and prepare for final processing
  • Work with the dealerships to obtain missing and incorrect file documents
  • Training Managers on DMV paperwork compliance, including occasional field visits (within Southern California) to meet with Managers
  • Assist dealerships with customer inquiries
  • Create and distribute various reports
  • Heavy file management
  • Performing administrative duties such as data entry, title tracking, word processing, filing, copying and scanning, and special projects
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a High School Degree or GED equivalent
  • Must have one year of administrative, customer service, or related experience (either temporary or permanent)
  • Must have Intermediate proficiency with Excel and Outlook
  • Apart from religious observances, must be available to work full time, approximately 40 hours/week between Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
  • This position requires a valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
