Role Description The Student Intern role at Entech Staffing Solutions is an on-site position based in Troy, MI. The intern will support daily office operations, including assisting recruiters with the overall flow of daily tasks. Responsibilities may include maintaining applicant records, updating databases, data entry, conducting background checks and supporting recruiters with communications to candidates and clients. The intern will also help with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, covering for lunches, greeting employees at the front desk and checking people in. This role offers exposure to staffing processes, professional communication, and the fundamentals of recruitment and placement.


Qualifications

  • Strong interest in staffing, human resources, business administration, or related fields, with a desire to learn recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, email, online research) and comfort working with databases or spreadsheets.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including professional phone and email etiquette and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
