We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Otolaryngologist to join our team at Huntington Healthcare, a state-of-the-art surgical center located in the vibrant city of Mesa, Arizona. The working environment at Huntington Healthcare is both dynamic and supportive. Located in a rapidly growing area of Mesa, our surgical center operates on a schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with approximately 40 hours of work each week. On-call responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process, with expectations that align with both patient needs and physician well-being. Our center emphasizes a patient-centered approach, integrating advancements in treatment to ensure excellence in care delivery.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with a variety of ear, nose, and throat conditions, utilizing detailed medical history assessments, physical examinations, and necessary diagnostic tests.
• Develop individualized treatment plans combining both medical and surgical interventions, ensuring a personalized approach that aligns with each patient's needs.
• Perform a range of surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and septoplasties, utilizing cutting-edge techniques and advanced surgical equipment.
• Prescribe and manage medications and therapies, continuously monitoring patient progress to enhance therapeutic efficacy and overall well-being.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including audiologists and speech-language pathologists, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment methodologies, and focused prevention strategies to empower them in their healthcare journeys.
• Document all interactions, treatment plans, and patient progress in our electronic medical record system, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in professional development through continuous learning and staying abreast of breakthroughs in otolaryngology.
• Uphold all ethical and legal standards necessary for practice, prioritizing patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance at all times.

Our practice serves a diverse patient population, addressing common concerns such as allergies, sinusitis, hearing loss, and sleep apnea, as well as complex conditions requiring surgical intervention. By focusing on personalized care, our ENT physicians aim to enhance patient quality of life, utilizing evidence-based practices and a holistic understanding of patient wellness.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from a recognized medical school.
• Completed an accredited residency program in Otolaryngology.
• Board certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
• A valid Arizona state medical license, ensuring compliance to practice legally within the state.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a full spectrum of ENT conditions across different patient demographics.
• Mastery of surgical techniques relevant to the specialty, with a focus on both safety and patient outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate effective patient communication and foster collaborative working relationships with colleagues.
• A commitment to expanding knowledge in the field, with an emphasis on contributing to best practices and innovative care.

• A minimum of two years post-residency clinical experience in a similar setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in complex surgical procedures, combined with an understanding of the latest advancements in otolaryngology.
• Experience in a collaborative care environment, with a track record of working with multidisciplinary teams.

The salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $350,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
