Job Summary and Responsibilities
Establish your ENT practice in Bakersfield, CA!
As our ENT Physician, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield, a multispecialty group within Dignity Health Medical Foundation, in Bakersfield, California. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing a new ENT practice, where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story matters.
You will manage a full-scope practice, encompassing outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center, and hospital consults, primarily focusing on adult cases with occasional pediatric cases. Your practice will emphasize high-quality care over patient volume, and you will be supported by a dedicated MA team to streamline workflow and enhance patient care. You'll work in a collegial, team-oriented environment, with opportunities to precept medical students and share your expertise.
To be successful in this role, you will be a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible ENT Physician seeking exceptional work/life balance. This position offers the flexibility of one clinic location, no nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no hospital call. You will benefit from mentorship and collaboration with experienced colleagues, RN Triage during after-hours and weekends, and a marketing representative to help build your patient panel with various media resources and community connections.
We are offering a competitive compensation of $475,000-$500,000 per year, with excellent earning potential through a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus. You will also receive a generous sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and a CME allowance. H1B visa sponsorship opportunity is available for cap-exempt candidates.
Job Requirements
Required
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology (ENT)
  • Active or eligible license in the state of California
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
