About West Coast Ear Nose & Throat Medical Group
West Coast Ear Nose & Throat Medical Group is a premier specialty practice dedicated to providing world-class otolaryngology care across Ventura County. With convenient office locations in Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Oxnard, and Camarillo, our team is committed to delivering advanced medical and surgical solutions for a wide range of ENT conditions. We pride ourselves on a collaborative environment where clinical excellence meets a patient-first philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive general ENT care across both clinical and surgical settings.
  • Maintain a balanced weekly schedule consisting of four days in the clinic and one day in the OR.
  • Perform a variety of office procedures, including:
    • Tubes, cerumen removal, and myringoplasties (ear drum repair).
    • Intratympanic steroid injections and endoscopic debridements.
    • Balloon sinuplasties (judiciously) and cryoblations.
    • Oral biopsies, flexlaryngoscopies, needle biopsies, and nasal fracture reductions.
    • Laser tongue ties and removal of small masses under local anesthesia.
  • Leverage the flexibility to lean into specific sub-specialties or procedures of interest.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT).
  • Active California medical license or the willingness to obtain one.
  • A collaborative spirit and a desire to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $300,000 to $350,00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
