This role offers top compensation at $300/hour, a good case mix, and operates within a care team model. The position is per diem, focusing on Monday 8-hour shifts, providing an excellent opportunity for work-life balance.

Practice Info

  • Care Team Model
  • Annual case volume of 2,500 (1,500 GI + 1,000 surgical)
  • Case mix includes General surgery, GI, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, pain management, ENT, and Pediatric ENT
  • 1-2 ORs daily
  • Medical direction of 1-2 CRNAs
  • Ambulatory surgery center offering a wide range of services, including orthopedics, ophthalmology, and endoscopy

Compensation

  • Per Diem rate: $300/hour
  • Referral bonus of up to $5,000 if a referred colleague is hired
