Job Title: BIM Manager
Position Location: New York, NY
Approx. Length of Position: Direct Hire
Degree Required:  Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Design require
We are seeking a dedicated, forward thinking BIM Manager with at least 6 years of experience in Revit-led architectural projects. As the firms BIM subject-matter expert, you will optimize BIM workflows, develop robust standards, lead training, and drive model quality and coordination across all project phases. The ideal candidate is proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related digital tools to create, manage, and protect our digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage model health to facilitate the development of architectural working drawings in coordination with project teams. 
  • Manage template family, and content development, including advanced parametrics and automation.
  • Develop and maintain project BIM Execution Plans and ensure that deliverables are aligned as required.
  • Oversee the Firms ACC data environment.
  • Facilitates internal training, BIM audits, and model reviews.
  • Establish BIM documentation processes, procedures, workflows, and best practices.
  • Coordinates with project teams to ensure BIM models meet QA/QC standards and client requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • 6 to 10 years’ experience as a BIM operator preferably with luxury residential, hospitality, and high-end development projects
  • Certified Autodesk Revit professional, familiarity with Dynamo and Revit API, Rhino is preferred
  • Proven experience creating template files, custom families, LOD based assets, and managing a firmwide library.
  • Expert level construction materials, building assemblies, case work and building products required

Technical / Software skills:
  • Strong competency in Navisworks, BIM 360, BIM Collaborate Pro, Dynamo, and familiarity with SketchUp, EnScape, D5, V-ray.
