Job Summary:

Work Schedule: Full time, Mon - Fri
Under general supervision, performs complex and technical duties in support of official student recordkeeping related to admissions; performs complex data entry, tracking and reporting processes; resolves student enrollment issues and discrepancies in student records; performs application and enrollment duties for nonstandard programs requiring manual processes; provides lead-level direction to lower-level Admissions and Records employees; and performs related duties as assigned. Position will coordinate front office processes and projects.
Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions
Office Operations:
1. Manage day-to-day operations including online applications, processing of applicant materials, issuing admissions decisions, deferrals, cancellations, reactivations, and other processes.
2. Serves as lead technical Admissions & Records resource, coordinating the back office operations and database processes.
3. Maintains efficient departmental workflow and accurate data processing.
4. Process student name requests and updates demographic information.
5. Interacts with a variety of databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of all stored data
6. Process decision letters and transfer credit communication
7. Run the application operations process from application creation to decision notification
8. Manage the data analytics and reporting needs throughout the admissions cycle. Creating and maintaining enrollment weekly reports.
9. Perform data entry and provide student record maintenance using the college's student information system (Jenzabar- J1) and CRM system (salesforce-JRM).
10. Receives and processes application materials- including essays, resumes, and incoming high school and college transcripts
11. Serve as budget manager for the Office of Enrollment Services, reconciling monthly credit card statement and tracking expenses.
12. Coordinates special arrangements for campus events coordinated by Enrollment Services
13. Special projects and temporary duties as assigned.
Customer Service:
1. Provide excellent customer service to guests and prospective students.
2. Staff and organize Enrollment Services Welcome Desk and front office as needed.
3. Answer and route front office phone and email

  • Associate Degree required, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are required.
