What is an enrollment services associate?

Enrollment Services Associates are administrative professionals who assist students and prospective students with the enrollment process at educational institutions. They provide information about admissions, registration, financial aid, and academic requirements. These associates often serve as the first point of contact for students, helping them navigate paperwork, deadlines, and policies. Their role is crucial in ensuring that students have a smooth and efficient enrollment experience.

These competencies ensure accurate enrollment processing, positive student experiences, and efficient workflow in educational settings.
