Enrollment Outreach Manager (Bilingual - Spanish Required)
Reports To: Director of Marketing
Location: 3002 S. Priest Drive, Tempe, AZ 85282
Employment Classification: Full-Time, On-Site
Salary Range: $48,000-$50,000 annually, based on experience

Position Summary
AMS Impact Group is seeking an energetic, bilingual, and results-driven Enrollment Outreach Manager to lead the organization's community outreach and enrollment initiatives across Arizona.
This position serves as the direct supervisor for a team of Enrollment Outreach Coordinators while actively supporting enrollment efforts throughout assigned communities. As a player-coach, the Enrollment Outreach Manager balances direct community engagement with leadership responsibilities, maintaining approximately a 60/40 split between outreach activities and team management.
The Enrollment Outreach Manager is responsible for driving enrollment lead generation, coaching team members, ensuring process compliance, monitoring performance metrics, and partnering closely with Marketing and Enrollment teams to achieve regional enrollment goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with exceptional communication skills, a passion for community engagement, and the ability to motivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Serve as the direct lead for Enrollment Outreach Coordinators, providing daily guidance, support, and accountability
  • Balance leadership responsibilities with direct outreach work (approximately 60% outreach / 40% team leadership)
  • Monitor team performance against monthly and seasonal lead-generation goals
  • Review team activity reports, CRM data, and call/text interactions to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance
  • Conduct call reviews and outreach audits to reinforce best practices and improve conversion outcomes

Training, Coaching & Development
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training for Enrollment Outreach Coordinators.
  • Coach team members on:
    • Community engagement techniques
    • Objection handling
    • Lead qualification
    • CRM usage and documentation standards
  • Identify performance gaps and provide corrective coaching and ongoing skill development.
  • Reinforce expectations for data accuracy, documentation quality, and proper CRM and enrollment system usage across the team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high performance through regular feedback and coaching.

Community Outreach & Territory Management
  • Actively manage an assigned outreach territory while building relationships with community organizations, business partners, and event coordinators.
  • Support regional outreach coverage to ensure consistent community presence and enrollment lead generation.
  • Represent Academies of Math and Science at community events, school fairs, presentations, and enrollment activities in both English and Spanish.
  • Support evening and weekend outreach events during peak enrollment seasons as business needs require.

Event Management & Enrollment Support
  • Assist in planning, staffing, coordinating, and executing enrollment outreach events.
  • Support event logistics, including setup, operation, and breakdown.
  • Generate qualified enrollment leads by engaging prospective families and promoting AMS campuses.
  • Guide families through the enrollment and registration process as needed.
  • Support campus registrars and enrollment teams by ensuring timely communication and follow-up with prospective families.

Enrollment Operations, Reporting & Data Collaboration
  • Ensure all outreach and enrollment processes are followed correctly and consistently
  • Support school registrars by ensuring accurate, timely communication to prospective families
  • Utilize CRM and application management systems to track:
    • outreach activity
    • leads generated
    • follow-up status
    • conversion progress
  • Coordinate closely with the Marketing Analyst to: ensure data accuracy and completeness align on reporting definitions and metrics, identify data gaps or system issues, support enrollment reporting needs for leadership.
  • Communication system or data challenges proactively to ensure timely resolution

Administration & Team Operations
  • Manage daily activity reporting and scheduling for the team
  • Ensure team compliance with policies, documentation standards, and data usage requirements

Required Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Dependable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel locally within assigned region
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work outside.
