Collaborate with key management of college programs to professionally represent the enrollment team, attend open houses and high school events, and ensure a seamless and efficient enrollment process. Collaborate with the marketing department to provide insight into marketing strategies and to ensure the team has access to appropriate collateral materials for student recruitment purposes.

  • Bachelor's degree, strongly preferred, but those with significant experience including managing and developing an enrollment/admissions team in Higher Education, will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in enrollment management, admissions or related roles with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding enrollment objectives.

Creates a team environment that understands accountability of the job and nurtures a high level of professionalism among all team members.
  • Proven track record of training and developing teams to maximize their ability to achieve success.  Ability to help each team member to understand selling concepts as well as how to effectively utilize technology to achieve objectives.
