Job description

This is a Full Time (8-hours per day) Counseling Secretary position at Joseph Lane Middle School starting August 3, 2026. The work calendar for this position is 10.5 months (215 days) in a full academic year.
Starting Salary: $19.10 - $24.16, depending on previous experience
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance with a monthly District contribution toward premiums and/or a monthly opt-out stipend with proof of other employer-sponsored group coverage. Enrollment in PERS retirement, life Insurance, long-term disability, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance and access to an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) provided. All out-of-district candidates selected for employment (regular or temporary), including former employees selected for rehire, must satisfactorily complete screening tests for federally illegal drug use (including but not limited to marijuana) prior to the district presenting a final offer of employment.  The position also requires a non-refundable fingerprinting fee of $87.50.
