  • Completed and submitted individual provider enrollments and re-enrollments for Medicare, Medicaid, and Cigna in accordance with payer requirements.
  • Processed organization and facility enrollments and re-enrollments across multiple insurance payers, ensuring compliance with all applicable guidelines.
  • Monitored enrollment timelines and ensured timely submission to prevent gaps in provider participation and reimbursement.
  • Maintained accurate and up-to-date credentialing files, including licenses, certifications, and supporting documentation.
  • Assisted the Payment Posting Lead by entering Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) from insurance carriers and patient payments with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Performed additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to support department efficiency and compliance.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (4-year diploma preferred).
