Salary Range: $6,700.00 - $ 8,325.00 per month commensurate with experience and qualifications
 
Job Summary:
An Individual in this position is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing management of individualized behavior support services for individuals with complex behavioral and mental health needs. This role ensures compliance with applicable regulations, promotes best practices in positive behavior support, and leads a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality, person-centered outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  Provide leadership and direction for the Enhanced Behavior Modification   Program across all operational areas.
  Oversee the assessment, planning, and implementation of enhanced behavior
support services, ensuring all plans are evidence-based, person-centered, and
trauma-informed.
  Supervise Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) and support Board Certified
Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and other program staff.
  Ensure all Behavior Support Plans comply with local, state, and federal
regulations, including applicable licensing standards.
  Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis, incident reports, quality
assurance activities, and feedback from stakeholders.
  Facilitate training and professional development for staff on behavioral support
strategies, de-escalation techniques, and regulatory compliance.
  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including families,
caregivers, residential providers, schools, and funding agencies.
  Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports required for compliance
and program improvement.
  Serve as a resource and subject matter expert in behavior support practices.
  Lead crisis response planning and review critical incidents to ensure safety
and promote long-term behavioral stability.
  Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion for all program participants.
  Assist with program expansion strategies.
  Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Required Qualifications:
 A four-year degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health or support services setting or an approved combination of education and work experience.
 
Must hold a current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
 
Required Skills and Knowledge:
  Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  Experience with publicly funded support systems.
  Knowledge of applicable laws and standards (e.g., Lanterman Act, IDEA, HCBS
Waiver).
  Strong understanding of positive behavior support principles and behavior
analytic strategies.
  Proficiency in MS Office Suite
 
Environmental Conditions
Office and field-based work. Time spent sitting, using a computer station, periods of intense concentration, using the telephone, computer and performing paperwork. Time spent in meetings, travel to various work site locations. Some exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
