This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the company, as you will be trained on the job to understand the technical specifications and service needs of our laser engraving systems. Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand the technical specifications and service needs of our laser engraving systems.
  • Engage with customers both on the phone and in person to facilitate sales and provide technical support.
  • Manage a sales funnel and maintain close contact with customers throughout the buying process and beyond.
  • Provide ongoing support to machine owners, ensuring customer satisfaction for the life of their machine.
  • Organize and manage time effectively to balance office work and field service tasks.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and maintain detailed records of sales and service activities.
