Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage internal flow teams including re-binners, re-pickers, and inventory movers; ensure smooth inter-departmental (inbound-to-outbound) handoffs.
  • Performance Enhancement: Optimize warehouse slotting strategies to reduce travel time; lead cycle count programs to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise all internal movements, including bin-to-bin transfers, pick face replenishment, and consolidation of partial pallets. Enforce 5S standards across all zones.
  • Schedule Management: Balance real-time replenishment requests from outbound teams with scheduled cycle counting tasks; adjust labor allocation dynamically.
  • Reporting: Publish inventory accuracy reports (by SKU/location), replenishment timeliness, and idle time analysis for internal moves.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Support both inbound and outbound teams by ensuring inventory is available and correctly located to meet SLA commitments.
  • Security and Integrity: Monitor high-velocity pick zones to prevent shrinkage; implement random audits of moved items.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in warehouse internal replenishment or inventory control, preferably in a 3PL or e-commerce fulfillment center.
  • Industry Expertise: Familiar with WMS slotting logic, ABC analysis, and zone-based replenishment strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: High attention to detail; capable of resolving inventory discrepancies quickly with root-cause analysis.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
