Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, the Host plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming impression. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing reservations, greeting guests, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements to enhance the overall dining experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating arrangements according to the reservation schedule and guest preferences.
  • Answer phones and handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation book or system.
  • Coordinate with the service staff to ensure timely and accurate seating of guests.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Ensure the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Provide guests with information about the menu, specials, and club facilities as needed.
  • Assist with managing the flow of guests to minimize wait times and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
  • Setting up Floor Plan for Food Service.
  • Assisting Service Staff with Table Greetings, Bussing, Beverage Refills and Resetting.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a host or customer service role preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate physical activity.
