Job Description:
1.Ensures standards set by JCAHO, NFPA, state and local codes.
2.Expedites operations of department.
3.Scheduling work priorities.
4.Performing assigned work tasks.
5.Completing service requests/preventive maintenance.
6.Maintaining proper on-the-job conduct.
7.Performing and completing special projects/assignments.
8.Attending scheduled/required meetings.
9.May read and interpret blueprints and manufacturer's specifications.
10.May estimate cost/purchase materials.
11.Performs preventive maintenance on equipment (according to SAMM Program).
12.Dismantles equipment and devices to clean, repair, and install new parts using various tools, ladders, etc.
13.Completes Service Request forms upon completion of services and repairs.
14.May perform other duties as assigned.
