Engineering Leadership & People Management: Led and mentored two cross-functional PODs (7-12 C# and React engineers in North America), driving high engineering standards through thorough code reviews, coaching, and positive team culture.
Architecture Modernization & AI Adoption: Architected fault-tolerant, highly available customer-facing applications, spearheading monolith-to-microservices migrations while integrating AI coding assistants and AI-powered product features.
Technical Delivery & Execution: Managed end-to-end execution of complex software initiatives, aligning resource allocation with organizational strategy while actively mitigating cross-team risks and dependencies.
Process & Stakeholder Management: Defined Agile processes, enforced clear Definitions of Done (DoD), and built strong cross-functional relationships across the broader organization.
Data-Driven Engineering Metrics: Evaluated team performance, backlog health, and code quality using key metrics such as lead/cycle time, velocity, bug-to-feature ratios, defect density, and PR activity.
