Your Impact

  • Lead the strategic direction, delivery, and performance of Land Development & Municipal Engineering projects across Kamloops and surrounding regions.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, deepening client relationships, and preparing winning proposals.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring technical excellence, quality, schedule, and financial targets are achieved.
  • Shape team capacity by managing resources, balancing workloads, and enabling collaboration across BC offices and disciplines.
  • Develop and mentor a growing team of engineers, technologists, and support staff through clear development plans and strong people leadership.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 - $162,800 
MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400 
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $111,000 - $147,400
