In this role, you’ll champion predictive maintenance, reduce downtime, and lead improvements that directly impact production and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with production, sanitation, and engineering teams, leveraging data, root cause analysis, and technical expertise to deliver lasting solutions.
