The team member in this positionis responsible for efficiently dispatching calls to and from techniciansthroughout the property.
The Engineering Dispatch willalso handle basic office duty work for the Engineering Department.
The dispatcher is responsible forefficiently dispatching calls to and from technicians throughout the property.Dispatchers will also handle basic office duty work for the engineeringdepartment, receive and store inventory according to standards as well asmaintain property inventory records.
Requirements-
โ€ข Maintain and update the work order system followingprocedure/policy.
โ€ข Delegate duties and projects with consistent follow-up and incoordination with the manager for daily tasks.
โ€ข Supportive Functions.
โ€ข Maintain a clean and organized work area.
โ€ข Promptly resolve any guest complaints or issues.
โ€ข Communicate effectively and promptly between departments.
โ€ข Strong data entry skills
Abilityto multitask
One year of clerical experience in an office setting is preferred; Hospitalityoffice experience is a plus
