Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree and/or 5 years Information Technology OR 9 years Information Technology experience.
  • Experience leading software engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of the engineering skill sets required by specific product/technology stacks
  • Experience or knowledge in software engineering platforms.
  • Experience or knowledge in cloud computing / SaaS.
  • Experience or knowledge in analysis and modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Business Insights, JIRA, GitHub).
  • Experience or knowledge of resource planning and forecasting practices.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills with a proven ability to both frame technical issues in business terms and explain business concepts to technical audiences.
  • Ability to understand businessproducts & operations and the underlying business needs that drive IT resource requirements.
  • Experience working effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a matrixed organization
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects, needs, and goals
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing multi-disciplinary environment
  • Experience or knowledge of the SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development from requirements through deployment
  • Ability to competently describe the differences between tactical and strategic efforts

  • Experience or knowledge in optimization of engineers across technologies and platforms, leveraging vendor resources to augment development capabilities as needed.
