Job description

What you'll do: 

  • Analysis, data entry, and database management of raw data
  •  Database manipulation, creation of formulas, and reports (Vision, Excel and Access based)
  •  Research, prioritize, and follow up on multiple incoming issues and concerns addressed to Project Managers and Business Unit Vice President
  •  Manage a variety of special projects for the Business Unit
  •  Act as backup to Business Unit Administrative Assistant
  •  Project scheduling and tracking of deliverables and due dates
  •  Assist with proposal preparation and invoicing
  •  Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:  

  • 1-3 years of database management, project administration or similar experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Project(preferred), Excel (expert preferred), Access (helpful) and PowerPoint
  • Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred

  •  This position pays between $20 and $23 hourly and is a non-exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
