Job description

A global financial services company is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join its growing team. This team leads initiatives focused on improving the software development lifecycle (SDLC), increasing adoption of modern developer tools, and driving system-level improvements that enhance developer productivity.
This role offers broad exposure across the engineering organization and the opportunity to partner with developers to implement best-in-class tools and practices for building, testing, and deploying software.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams to improve developer workflows and internal tooling.
  • Lead cross-functional programs focused on SDLC improvements, including automation, testing frameworks, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
  • Own developer onboarding and training initiatives to promote best practices and accelerate time-to-productivity.
  • Define and maintain metrics to measure developer experience, productivity, and tool adoption.
  • Drive end-to-end program delivery, from requirements gathering and prioritization through rollout and post-launch evaluation.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or project management.
  • Hands-on coding experience in at least one modern programming language.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development practices and developer tooling.
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in engineering environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with highly technical stakeholders.
