Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking an AEP meSpace Assistant Program Manager to join our team! We are looking for someone that will support our mission to consistently deliver creative, high-quality, technology-based services to our customers on time and within budget.
This position will focus on AEP meSpace IT Audit coordination, account management back-up and assisting the PM on project support. This position is located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ
What will you be doing?
This position will be a key member of the AEP meSpace Team at Capability Program Executive Ammunition & Energetics (CPE A&E). Duties include:
  • Oversee all AEP meSpace Information Technology General Control (ITGC) audit activities, including managing auditor meetings, walkthroughs, sample collection, and response coordination.
  • Coordinate annual updates of AEP meSpace policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements
  • Support AEP meSpace Cyber team on continuous monitoring activities
  • Oversee software procurements for organization to ensure governance and compliance authorizations are followed to ITAS waivers
  • Support A365 and adobe software license entitlements and validations
  • Serve as back up for AEP meSpace Tier 2 to manage user permission and resolve tickets assigned to the helpdesk
  • Assist AEP meSpace Project Manager on new and enhancements requirements, technology upgrade and migration planning and deployment activities with developers, customers and functional system admins.

What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?
This position will require the following skillsets and experience:
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Excellent Problem-Solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • 15+ years' experience in Army IT system assessments and compliance based on NIST requirements
  • Security + Certification required
  • College degree preferred, not required.
  • Must be US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance
