Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Program Management
  • Manage a portfolio of SRE, Platform Engineering, Reliability, Infrastructure, Cloud, API, Identity, and Automation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and success metrics across all
  • platform health programs.
  • Drive prioritization, planning, execution tracking, and leadership reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Ensure initiative objectives are aligned with VP-level priorities, technology strategy, and operational excellence goals.

End-to-End Delivery Ownership
  • Own delivery governance for each platform health initiative from planning through execution, closure, and operational
  • adoption.
  • Track all deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, blockers, and stakeholder decisions to completion.
  • Drive closure of operational gaps, reliability improvements, vulnerability or compliance actions, technical debt remediation,
  • and modernization deliverables.
  • Ensure execution discipline across application teams, platform owners, SRE teams, infrastructure teams, and vendor partners.

Onsite-Offshore Coordination
  • Act as the primary bridge between onsite leadership, offshore delivery teams, platform owners, engineering teams, and
  • support organizations.
  • Manage resource planning, capacity alignment, onboarding readiness, work allocation, and delivery handoffs across
  • geographies.
  • Facilitate morning and late-day DSU calls as needed to coordinate onsite and offshore teams across different initiatives.
  • Facilitate daily, weekly, and executive governance forums to maintain alignment and drive timely decision making.
  • Ensure seamless communication, escalation management, and execution continuity across distributed teams.

SRE & Platform Health Governance
  • Lead platform health improvement initiatives focused on reliability, stability, resiliency, observability, operational readiness,
  • and incident reduction.
  • Coordinate service health reviews, production readiness assessments, operational reviews, remediation plans, and
  • executive checkpoints.
  • Drive adoption of SRE practices, automation frameworks, monitoring enhancements, alerting improvements, and
  • incident/problem management discipline.
  • Ensure alignment with availability, performance, capacity, resiliency, and operational objectives.

Stakeholder & Executive Management
  • Partner with VP, Directors, Engineering Managers, Product Owners, SRE Leads, Platform Owners, Business Stakeholders,
  • and vendor partners.
  • Prepare concise executive updates covering delivery health, KPIs, milestones, risks, escalations, decisions required, and
  • mitigation actions.
  • Facilitate steering reviews, governance meetings, portfolio reviews, leadership checkpoints, and cross-team dependency forums.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive accountability across multiple organizations with competing priorities.

Experience
  • 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience in enterprise technology environments.
  • 5+ years managing large-scale SRE, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Reliability, or Automation portfolios.
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders across VP, Director, Engineering, Product, Operations, and Vendor organizations.
  • Strong experience leading onsite-offshore delivery teams and distributed execution models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end deliverables across complex, multi-workstream technology programs.

Technical Knowledge
  • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), platform engineering, infrastructure, and cloud services.
  • DevOps, CI/CD, SDLC, Agile delivery, release management, and change management.
  • API platforms, identity platforms, observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident/problem management.
  • Kubernetes/OpenShift, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks, and enterprise platform operations.
  • AI/GenAI or developer productivity program exposure is preferred.

Tools & Platforms
  • Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise, Confluence, Power BI, or equivalent dashboard/reporting tools.
