DESCRIPTION Program Tracking & Reporting
  • Manage and maintain detailed tracking of part releases, engineering changes, and material certifications.
  • Develop and update program timing charts, status dashboards, and health reports using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Identify risks, delays, and dependencies early; communicate impacts and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
JIRA & Confluence Administration
  • Create and manage program boards, workflows, and dashboards to monitor engineering deliverables.
  • Ensure consistent documentation and process adherence across teams using Confluence pages and templates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate between engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on milestones and deliverables.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, publish action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
Communication & Reporting
  • Prepare concise executive summaries, timing updates, and program health metrics for leadership reviews.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by maintaining accurate, real-time visibility into project progress.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in engineering development, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with part release processes, engineering change management, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Stage-Gate development processes.
  • Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence
  • English (C1-C2)
  • 1 year contract
