The Next Gen Fighter Engine Program is looking for a Program Integration Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary defense program efforts that require some previous program or project management expertise. This role is responsible for integrating activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, finance, and external partners to ensure all program objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive strategic and tactical alignment across diverse teams supporting high-visibility military programs.
What You Will Do:
  • Lead cross-functional program integration for large or technically demanding military programs.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated master schedules, cost plans, and program performance metrics.
  • Coordinate execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, and external DoD stakeholders to ensure material, technical, and schedule readiness.
  • Identify and track key program risks; implement focused mitigation plans to protect delivery and mission outcomes.
  • Oversee performance to cost, schedule, and technical baselines, ensuring compliance with DoD and company requirements.
  • Prepare and lead program reviews, military customer briefings, and internal leadership updates.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve program objectives, including customer-specific initiatives and multi-year planning.
  • Support new business efforts, including proposal development, cost estimating, and planning for follow-on and future defense programs.
  • Track and report cost, schedule, technical status, risks, and readiness metrics to senior leadership.
  • Drive alignment across internal functional areas and program stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient execution.
  • Contribute to organizational improvement through mentoring, process refinement, and participation in engagement initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field with 8+ years of experience in program management, program integration, operations, engineering, or defense-related roles; ir an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience to include: demonstrated expertise in DoD program lifecycle, risk management, and compliance frameworks, strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and experience with scheduling tools, program management systems, and formal reporting structures.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Active DoD security clearance.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar program control methodologies.
  • Familiarity with military platforms

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
