Overview

One behalf of our client in the greater Boston area, we are seeking multiple Program Managers, associate level to more senior, to own and drive the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle, guiding products from early concept through launch and eventual end-of-life.

These roles partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality.

The Program Manager serves as the connective link across engineering, operations, marketing, and commercial teamsโ€”aligning stakeholders, managing risk, and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced product development environment. This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who leads through influence and thrives in dynamic, execution-focused settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new consumer products from concept to market
  • Own program planning and execution across the full product lifecycle
  • Develop and manage timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies
  • Partner with internal teams to support go-to-market readiness and commercialization
  • Track and report on program KPIs to support data-driven decision making
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalโ€ฆ
  • Identify resource gaps and drive solutions to maintain program velocity
