Description
The Customer Systems Contact Center Product Engineering team is responsible for developing CRM solutions for various contact centers within the company. As an Engineering program manager in this team, you will collaborate with multiple teams to bring innovative solutions to life, enabling Apple to deliver exceptional experiences to its customers.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communicator - verbal and written and excellent presentation skills.
Knowledge of visual design tools is a plus.
Sharp analytical mindset.
Minimum Qualifications
8-12 years of experience in technical program or project management
5 years minimum experience in Contact Center Domain
2 years minimum working on Gen AI programs and adopting program management in GenAI Programs
Strong technical fluency, able to work directly with engineering teams
The ability to empower, mentor, and lead geographically dispersed teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $311,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
