Program Manager

The Program Manager will lead and deliver complex modernization programs for our clients, partnering with executive stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes and accelerate transformation initiatives. This role works closely with client Business and Technology leaders, internal delivery teams, and executive sponsors to ensure successful program execution. The Program Manager brings rigor to program governance, stakeholder management, value realization, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting, while maintaining alignment with client strategy, business priorities, and transformation objectives.

Mandatory skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience influencing and aligning cross-functional teams and senior executive stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizations. Strong command of project and program management disciplines, including PMO operating models, governance frameworks, delivery processes, and hands-on experience with enterprise project management tools, templates, and reporting standards. Proven ability to establish clarity in ambiguous or under-defined environments, shaping objectives, simplifying complex problem spaces, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. Highly collaborative and proactive leader who builds trust through transparency, disciplined execution, and consistent delivery against commitments. Demonstrated capability to lead and manage change in dynamic environments, influencing outcomes and driving adoption across teams without direct line authority. Preferred experience or knowledge within the technology, print, and plastic solutions ecosystem, including related platforms, vendor landscapes, and transformation programs.

Desired/ Secondary skills - Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and engineering best practices. 10+ years of experience in technical program management in a software or technology environment. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Expertise in managing modernization program for technology platforms, DevOps practices, or AI/ML projects. PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
