What You'll Do
  • Lead civil engineering efforts for electric transmission siting, permitting, and design
  • Direct and coordinate project tasks, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment

What We're Looking For

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required, Master's degree preferred
  • Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (multi-state reciprocity preferred)
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, permitting, and construction practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams in dynamic environments
Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in civil engineering
  • Proficient with the development of design and construction documents for infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience with regulatory requirements and permitting associated with infrastructure projects
  • Background in electric transmission or similar infrastructure projects preferred
  • Experience using engineering and project tools such as AutoCAD, Hydrology, Hydraulic, Stormwater Management and Project Management software

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, applying advanced engineering concepts to complex challenges
  • Evaluate and implement innovative methods, tools, and processes
  • Analyze projects from a systems perspective with a focus on sustainability and long-term performance
